All orders are carefully handcrafted and processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times typically range from 2–5 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. True Organic Skincare is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges  
Due to the nature of our products being handmade and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve it.
